Privacy Policy

DSM Data Connector is an internal tool operated by Dreamshake LLC. It lets authorized team members ask questions about the company's Google Ads performance through Claude (Anthropic).

What we collect

• Your Google account email, when you sign in, to check that you are on the access list and to record your last sign-in.
• What you ask through the connector: for each request Claude makes to it, your email, the question as Claude passes it on, the data requested and how much came back. Claude also sends the connector a copy of its final reply. This is an internal tool; these records are used by the team that maintains it to check answers and improve it, and are visible only to its administrators.
• Google Ads reporting data (campaign, keyword, search-term and conversion metrics) for Dreamshake LLC's own advertising accounts. This is company data, not personal data about you.

How we use it

• To decide whether you may use the connector.
• To answer your questions about advertising performance.

What we don't do

• We do not sell, share or transfer your information to third parties, other than the service providers that run the tool (Google Cloud for hosting and storage, Anthropic's Claude for answering questions).
• We do not use Google user data for advertising or profiling.
• We do not change anything in Google Ads. Access is read-only.

Google API Services

Use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Retention and deletion

Sign-in records are kept while you are on the access list and removed when an administrator removes you. To request deletion or ask a question, email johanna@dreamshakellc.com.
